Registration Policy: We request that registration be made two (2) weeks prior to the class start date. Late registrations will be accepted on a case-by-case basis if accompanied by credit card info or in full cash, check or money-order payment.
Payment Options : We prefer and accept Master Card and VISA credit card payments at the time of your enrollment. Personal checks, cash and money-order payments are also accepted. Processing for payment options is as follows:
OPTION 1: Please supply credit card info when registering. No charge will be applied to your card until class occurs.
OPTION 2: Cash, check or money order payments should accompany registration or be received at least three (3) days after you register.
Withdrawal Policy: If you need to withdraw from a class, please phone our office and leave a message. Withdrawals will be subject to the following schedule of fees according to the date we receive your call: 1) One week prior to start date-receive a full refund. 2) Three to Six (3-6)days prior to start date- $15 registration fee will be charged 3) Two (2) days or less- NO REFUND. You will be charged the full class fee.
Cancellation Policy: We don't like to cancel classes but we have reserve the right to cancel a class if the money derived from tuition are not enough to pay for the instructional costs. If a class is cancelled, you will be notified by phone or email three (3) days prior to class start date and receive a full refund.
Millstream Career Center’s Adult Workforce Education is endorsed by the Ohio Department of Education and the Ohio Board Of Regents.
A certificate of completion will be awarded to each student who attends at least 80% of scheduled classes and satisfactorily competes the required work.
Findlay City Schools and Millstream CC offer Adult Workforce Education courses without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, or handicap.

Classes are scheduled at one of these Findlay locations: Millstream Career Center, 1150 Broad Avenue, FHS-Findlay High School, 1200 Broad Ave.
Course fees are established to cover operating expenses of the Adult Workforce Education programs. Textbooks, tools and supply fees are additional unless otherwise stated in the course description.
We reserve the right to make changes to class fees/hours/dates/times/locations when necessary to adjust for instructor needs, minimum enrollment or facility changes.
School Closing: (due to inclement weather)
The adult night classes will meet as scheduler unless road conditions become hazardous. In such a case, a decision will be made by 3:00pm. A discount of 25% of the registration fee is available if you are age 60 or older for most classes. Please bring proof of age!!! No discount on class materials, supplies or textbooks.
Financial Payment Plans:
Plans are available to qualified applicants through an area credit union or Millstream Adult Ed.
Unemployed or laid off workers may qualify for government-assisted funding. Qualification for such funding is determined by your county's Job and Family Services office. Contact your JFS office to see if you qualify.
